Leo began his career with American in 2016 as a carpenter. After obtaining his Bachelor’s Degree from Middle Tennessee State University in Concrete Industry Management, Leo returned to American in 2025 as Assistant Superintendent and is currently working on the MDHA 5^th and Summer project.

Leo is a Murfreesboro, Tennessee native and lives there with his wife Rachel and their four children Easton, Rowan, Jane, and Heidi. Together they enjoy traveling and working outside on their property .
