American Constructors, Inc. is proud to have completed the first LEED Certified Building in Middle Tennessee, Hastings Architecture Associates, which was also only the second LEED Certified Building in the State of Tennessee. With three (3) LEED certified projects completed to date, we have more than 300,000 Square Feet of experience.

American Constructors, Inc. currently employs eleven (11) LEED Accredited Professionals, with several others currently preparing to sit for the exam.

As an active corporate member in the Middle Tennessee Chapter of U.S. Green Building Council since its inception, American Constructors has representation on the Board of Directors.

In 2006, American Constructors, Inc. received a Green Leader Award for Corporate Contribution.

Our LEED-Certified Work

The Commons at Peabody Vanderbilt University has a total of seven LEED-Certified buildings, four Gold and three Silver, the largest collection of LEED-Certified buildings in Tennessee, and one of the largest collections in the southeastern United States.
