  DAN BRODBECK
  President and CEO

Dan Brodbeck is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board and has been with American Constructors, Inc. since 1995. In this role, Dan oversees the day to day operations of American Constructors with an annual volume in excess of $140 million. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and has his Masters in Organization Management from Trevecca Nazarene University. He has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Associated Builders and Contractors, Middle Tennessee Chapter. He serves on the Executive Advisory Council for Middle Tennessee State University’s (MTSU) new Construction Management (CCM) Program along with their Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program. Dan is a past member of the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and currently serves on the Brentwood Library Foundation Board. Dan is a graduate of Leadership Brentwood and has served as co-chair for the Williamson County Economic Showcase. He is currently the President of the Greater Nashville Board of Directors for the American Cancer Society. As one of the original families of Holy Family Catholic Church, he was co-chair of the first Building Committee and remains actively involved there today. Dan and his wife Mindy live in Brentwood, Tennessee and have three children and two grandchildren.


Lee Jennings  LEE JENNINGS
  Executive Vice President/CFO

Lee Jennings is in his 21st year at American Constructors, Inc. and serves as Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration. In addition to heading up the Financial and Treasury functions of American Constructors, Lee is also responsible for our Surety and Risk Management, the Company Safety Program and the Human Resources Department. “There is no question that the successes I enjoy are directly attributable to my tremendous staff and co-workers,” Lee states. “Margie, Janet, Stefanie and Rita manage the Accounting Department with great professionalism, and I would never be able to put the finishing touch on anything without my assistant, Raina.”

Lee is a native of Nashville and received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration at Middle Tennessee State University.

Harold Brewer  HAROLD BREWER
  Senior Vice President

Harold Brewer is Senior Vice President and has been with American Constructors, Inc. for twenty-six (26) years. In this role, Harold has complete responsibility for overall coordination of construction projects assigned to him. His primary responsibilities are to ensure profitable and timely project completions consistent with quality and safety standards. Further, he must continue the development of the organization and people under his direction. He will also advise the President on corporate matters. Harold has a B.E. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Engineering Science from David Lipscomb University. He and his wife Tammy have one son, Grayson, who is a student at Battle Ground Academy.


John Madole  JOHN D. MADOLE
  Vice President

John Madole is a Vice President and Executive in charge of specialty projects with American Constructors. Mr. Madole has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, including work as a laborer, carpenter, carpenter foreman, superintendent, estimator, project coordinator, project manager, senior project manager and Vice President. John has a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Murray State University. Madole has served since March of 2006 as an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of American Constructor, Inc.

In 23 years with American Constructors, Mr. Madole has managed the successful completion of over $288 million dollars of construction in the Nashville and Middle Tennessee area. Significant projects include the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, The Nashville Children’s Theater, WO Smith School of Music, the Wild Horse Saloon, ASCAP Headquarters, Sony Tree Publishing Corporate Headquarters, Sony Tree Recording Studios and EMI Music Headquarters and Recording Studios to name a few.

John and his wife Teresa reside in East Nashville and have two daughters, Katherine (6), Rachel (4), and a son, John, Jr. (2_1/2).


Matt Moore  MATT MOORE
  Vice President

Matt Moore is Vice President and has been with American Constructors, Inc. for seven (7) years. In this role, Matt has complete responsibility for overall coordination of construction projects assigned to him. His primary responsibilities are to ensure profitable and timely project completions consistent with quality and safety standards. Further, he must continue the development of the organization and people under his direction. He will also advise the President on corporate matters. Matt has a B.S. in Construction Management from Middle Tennessee State University. He and his wife Gail have two daughters, Emma and Abby, who are students at Fairview Middle School and Westwood Elementary in Williamson County.
